Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of veyrane.store and purchases from Veyrane. Read them together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy.

Using our store

You must have legal capacity to make a purchase or act with the authorisation required by law. Provide accurate contact, delivery and payment information. Keep any account credentials private. Do not misuse the website, introduce malicious code, make fraudulent transactions or interfere with other customers.

Products and descriptions

We sell the Veyrane Perfume Bracelet and may offer related digital content, including The Art of Perfumery. The description and selected offer identify what is included. A bottle of perfume used as a photographic prop is not included unless expressly listed in the offer.

Screen settings can affect colour appearance, but this does not excuse supplying an item that differs materially from its description. Follow the product instructions and avoid spraying fragrance towards the eyes, face or flames.

Orders, prices and offers

Check the selected items, quantity, currency, delivery details and total before placing an order. The checkout shows the price and charges collected by us. An order confirmation records your purchase. Offers apply only under the conditions displayed when you order; later changes do not retrospectively change an accepted order.

If stock, a genuine pricing error or a security issue prevents fulfilment, we will contact you. We will not substitute an item or increase the price without your agreement. Any cancelled, unfulfilled order will be refunded.

Payments through Stripe

We use Stripe to process payments. Available payment methods are those displayed at checkout and may vary by country, currency or device. Payment authorisation may require verification by your bank or payment provider.

Your purchase is from Veyrane. Stripe processes the payment; it does not replace Veyrane as the seller or as your contact for order support. Never send payment-card security details by email.

Delivery, cancellations and refunds

The Shipping Policy sets out preparation and transit estimates. The Returns & Refunds Policy explains our 90-day bracelet guarantee and your cancellation options. Shipping delays and payment disputes do not remove rights provided by applicable law.

Digital ebooks

An ebook is supplied digitally using the email address provided at checkout. No printed book is included. When an ebook is a promotional gift, eligibility is the offer shown in your order confirmation.

Digital content is licensed for your personal use. You may keep a personal copy, but may not resell, publicly distribute or commercially reproduce it without permission. General fragrance information does not replace the safety instructions supplied with your perfume or ingredients.

Shopify and other providers

Our storefront is hosted on Shopify. The sales agreement is between you and Veyrane; Shopify provides the commerce platform. Other providers may support payment, fulfilment or digital delivery. Links to external services are governed by their own terms where applicable.

Content and intellectual property

Website materials and branding belong to Veyrane or their respective rights holders. Ordinary browsing and personal use of purchased digital content do not grant rights to reproduce our branding or commercially distribute protected materials.

Liability and consumer protection

We do not promise uninterrupted website availability. Nothing here excludes liability or limits a remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory product, delivery, digital-content and consumer protections. No clause requires you to give up a lawful payment dispute or statutory remedy.

Changes and disputes

Updated terms apply prospectively. The terms and offers in force when your order was accepted continue to govern that order. Mandatory laws and jurisdiction rights that protect you remain applicable.
