Shipping Policy
This policy covers physical products ordered from Veyrane at veyrane.store.
Destinations and shipping charges
We accept orders for the destinations available at checkout. Shipping availability, charges and any applicable free-shipping offer are displayed before payment. Do not assume an order qualifies for free shipping unless this is shown at checkout.
Processing and delivery estimates
- Order preparation: normally 2–4 business days after payment confirmation.
- Transit after dispatch: normally 6–9 business days, depending on the destination.
- Estimated total: 8–13 business days from payment confirmation.
Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Customs checks, transport disruptions or unusually high demand can affect these estimates. If we become aware of a significant delay, we will contact you. Estimates do not remove your rights if delivery is late or fails.
Order tracking

International orders and customs
Orders may be fulfilled by international partners and pass through customs. Checkout identifies taxes and duties collected by Veyrane. Destination authorities may assess additional import charges not collected at checkout; where legally payable by the recipient, these charges are the recipient's responsibility. Contact us before ordering if you need clarification for your destination.
Incorrect addresses, delays and missing parcels
Please check your shipping details before payment. If they are incorrect, contact us immediately; changes may no longer be possible after dispatch. We will discuss available options and any lawful, disclosed redelivery cost before arranging it.
If a parcel is late, lost, damaged or marked delivered but missing, contact us with your order number. We will investigate and provide the replacement, refund or other remedy required in the circumstances. We do not treat handing a parcel to a carrier as proof that you received it.
Digital delivery
The Art of Perfumery is an ebook, not a physical book. When purchased or included in your confirmed offer, access details are sent to your checkout email after purchase. Check your spam folder and contact us if they do not arrive or the link does not work.
